There's a small temporary gym upstairs in the maintenance/training building. if you go down the long hall between the upstairs break room and the stairs, there's a door leading to another hallway with several doors. Just when the hall turns left, the gym is the door on the right. Has treadmills, weights, ect. P.s.: keep following the hall to the end to find the temporary laundry.
