My daughter who is 9 years old wants to be a veterinarian and I’m looking for a good basic book. “So You Want to Be a Veterinarian” or an illustrated book on biology. She volunteers at Pet Supply Plus.

I agree with Mr. Joshua and Mr. Gary. I think the dated books can be advantageous. I would take her to the library for more recent publications.

They have more than you can imagine. It's worth a trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
