I have called and called can never get through. How do you place an order. Any other way to get through

We had to stop at the restaurant and place order at the door. Phone was always busy. Came back to pick up the order different phone number on signs in parking spaces

I ordered successfully online. It's available for both delivery and takeout.

We ordered last week and it took about 8 tries to get through. Just busy 🤷🏻‍♀️
