Yes, we had a good experience too. Always read the paperwork don't get the extras unless you have pets or kids and you anticipate possible damage or extra cleaning needed to the car. Replace the gas that you use so they don't charge you extra fees. A quick spot clean of your own or even a visit to the nearest public vacuum Center will save you extra cost for only a couple of dollars on your own. Don't smoke in the car. If you have your own automobile insurance you don't need to get their insurance. I had to get the rental because my car was in the shop this was a great alternative so that I wouldn't miss work or other obligations without a car. And to recommend them.
I have only gone threw a 3rd party due to cheaper rates. Due becareful the last time i went they tried to get me for 21.00 stating i didn't pay the taxes. Now we know your not leaving without the whole cost plus a mandated 250.00 deposit that is refunded next day. Must have a credit card with your name on it. I had a Wal-Mart card and had an addition 90.00 hold on top of that but they accepted it. Make sure your contracts match up if you gping threw 3rd party. I beleive it wasn't an issue because i had both. But. Had i not im sure they took it. But no issue did refund it. All cars have been clean and ran fine. Gas you get wjat you 1 time 1/4 tank. Then this last time full tank. Hopefully this helps
