Stopped in here today to look at some vinyl plank flooring. Was looking to purchase almost $3,000 worth of flooring. 2 employees at the desk paid absolutely no attention to the fact that I was asking questions. It almost seemed like it was too much trouble to answer. When asked about the exact weight of the thousand square feet I needed to purchase, one employee did go to check. The second however made it off-handed guess at the weight, off by 30%, and was too busy playing on his phone the entire time to answer any questions. After the first one returned, there was no further dialogue as to being able to help us, any more information. They simply went back to the desk doing their personal business. When a business cannot even give customers the time of day, it's time to shop elsewhere even if the prices are a little higher. Not a fan and will never be a customer.
