Do you have to be 21 or older to shoot here? And do you have to have a membership?

You have to get a permit from the state of Pennsylvania I believe it is a $30 a year charge to use that facility. I believe you have to be of age or have a hunter safety certificate.

You can also use the range if you have your hunting license.

Buying a permit for the fiscal year (July 1 thru June 30) for $30 entitles the permit holder to have one guest shooter.
