Does this office open sharp at 2:30 p.m. (as advertised) or do they go 'small town' and operate when it best suits their hang-over-recovery from the night before?

I have never encountered an issue with their posted hours. Have always received friendly helpful service.

The people are great, great service, I've been able to drop off my prelabeled boxes after office hours with no problem, prefer this ups center over ann arbor(Ypsilanti) location.

Nope, drove 20 miles to get there today only day I could make it and they were not open!

Yes they open sharply at 2:30 but honestly this is the main hub in Adrian for ups they should be fully staffed and have normal business hours instead of a couple hours.
