Ok so theirs a trailer park in Templeton CA and they're not owner occupied there old folks their families there's owner or rent them out or section 8 or rent to owner. I lived in this double wide modular home Park for 13 years it was so fun as kids and there's 2 parks inside the park for kids parties and dogs to play... Also it is four blocks from trader Joe's and a mile from downtown Templeton it's walking distance so less than a mile. There's also a School bus stop r right outside the trailer park sorry modular home park.
Only owner occupied. That is common in almost all mobile home parks.
