Definitely one of the quietest & least ratchet trailer parks around town. Decent neighbors, that for the most part keep to themselves, & a beautiful tree line in the back that’s a PERFECT visual at night.

Contacted management and was told needed some time to address issues. Seems nothing is changing but park rules and again who cares as seems anybody can break them without repercussions. No working on autos yet we "enjoy" the sounds of ghetto NASCAR daily. No unregistered junk vehicles yet live next to a "junkyard"- one jalopy goes and another replaces it. Cleanup after dogs and no unattended tethered animals yet "junkyard" has 3 animals - 2 they tether and 1 runs free scrapping on our lawn and left for us to cleanup. This is NOT worth the mortgage and lot rent. Look elsewhere.

I met with Kerri, she seems to be very nice and the park is well kept. I am looking to get a place here which she is going to try her best to help me out so I can get a place. As I have been looking for awhile now. A bonus they allow pets. Nice little park and a ball court that was just finishing up. I'm prayng for the best. We need this.
