I have always had positive interactions with this company and have used them multiple times. Im sure with the storm they are working too hard.... No excuse, but give them a second chance/ benefit of the doubt?!
My sincere apologies for any inconvenience you have encounter, ma'am. We have been working non-stop since 8 am yesterday to provide everyone who calls with the best service we possibly can. Although we have 6 people to answer calls and thirty drivers on the road, phone calls do occasionally get dropped. There is a high possibility you have a long ETA, and we apologize for the delay, but all of the towing companies in our area are completely slammed with calls due to the unexpected amount of snow that hit our area yesterday. We appreciate any patience you may offer to us during this hectic time.
