It's definitely odd. I've had things go wrong with my meal before and they've always corrected it on the spot. Sorry you had. A bad experience. You should definitely try again.

My husband and I have never had any problems.
It's definitely the norm, especially during the lunch and dinner rushes. But it's pretty much always the same cooks and manager there so the experience is much the same whenever you go.
Our experience was anything but horrible, not sure what happened but definitely wouldn't be the norm.
It's definitely not the norm. Husband and I have had amazing meals and service when there.
