Lancaster and Harrisburg are the closest. Harrisburg will have more flights available. Philly and Baltimore are both about an hour and half to two hours away.
Lancaster has an Airport that is a Regional Airport. Which means has connecting flights to major Airports like Pittsbugh and such. Call them for connecting flight details.
Philly is probably the closet major airport with Baltimore being next closest. Not sure, though. Harrisburg also has an airport.
