Comp soccer tryouts are generally the end of May or the first part of June. Look on the UYSA website, they will have listings of when different club tryouts are and the locations.
Check with UYSA for soccer tryouts or check with city or AYSO for signups.
You'll need to work through the city for recreation leagues or a club for competition leagues.
