I agree with Randon Jensen.
I've seen dogs here before, but only on leashes. I think they are strict about keeping them on leash, especially during soccer games and when kids are there playing. And, of course, cleaning up after the animal is a must.
Do the leash, have doggy bags on your belt ready to use, and you should be fine with kids and parents.
