My family just returned from camping there. The told me it was just the same as before. Big Pine was a mess further south, but Key West was doable. Marathon bay side restarauntes were open and fine. The family loved their visit.
The park is 100% the only thing you may notice is that some of the vegetation/landscape isn't quite as thick as it was, it's all been replanted and is maturing quickly.
