Updated response: It really is on a case by case basis. Lol! Also, these units are small. There is absolutely no closet space. They want you to rent their garages. For all that you might as well go somewhere else and get what you need. The condos which are rented out at 1600 Church Rd have huge closet space. You're away from the city commotion, close to the Glenside train station, it's off Easton Rd by Arcadia U. Walking distance from Produce Junction, the post office, restaurants etc...Go to their buildings where owners post rental that are available. It all depends. They give everyone different rates. Also, the amount they raise your rent varies per tenant. It can range up to $60 per year. It's been shared by other tenants that their rent increase has all been different. It's on a case by case basis. You should look somewhere else. Melrose Park Station is right next to the train station which is extremely convenient to get to Temple or downtown. Good luck!
The previous answer to this question is not correct. It is best to call the Leasing Office to find out how much the Security Deposit is because many times we run Specials. Rents are increased by percentages so Residents could receive different increases, however, the percentages for "like" apartments is the same. It is never on a case by case basis as stated by "Nunna Business".
