Is this accurate that you can IMMEDIATELY connect people to mental services? Because when speaking to your staff in January of 2020, it was stated that you're case workers are overloaded and it can take them several business days to actually connect to a new client utilizing the emergency shelter beds. What is the case RIGHT NOW, as of August 2021? It's helpful to have current and above all accurate, information for the community you serve.
We have case management onsite who can immediately connect the guests to those support systems. We don't have constant onsite programs like the ones you mention but we have many referral options for them.
