Does anyone actualy ever pick up a phone? I call non-stop morning, noon and night any day of the week and NO ONE ever picks up or returns a call!

I doubt it. Evil company. All they care about is exploiting people in the legal system.

Report them to FTC, Utah Bar Association and Utah Attorney Generals Office. They violate the law. Their email nor phone works. You get placed in an automated system where you're on hold. I was on hold for 2 and a half hours and finally disconnected my phone. They don't return calls or emails. Then they illegally send process servers to your house while your fraud accounts are in dispute.
