You tripped? This was not negligence by anyone so you probably can't sue because their actions did not cause your injuries. They are not negligent because those ornaments were there. Plus if you were not invited onto the other persons property then that would be tresspassing on your part.
I suggest watching where you walk, gd scam artist.
Yo if u have not went to the doctor go and and get the doctor to give you paperwork on everything that is wrong with you and then I don't know if you should report it to to the police but I would call nah non-emergency line and ask them and get the stuff from the doctor then turn it into their insurance policy and try and sue them
You'll have to go after homeowners insurance or renters insurance
I think the best way to handle this type of situation is to speak with the park's manager directly. Relay the facts of the incident, the extent of your injuries, the impact those injuries have had, and, if you seeking some form of restitution, a fair and reasonable accounting of your expenses and any financial losses like that of employment income. A manager of a mobile home park this large will have training and experience in this very type of incident. The manager should be your first option in seeking a resolution. If after a detailed accounting of the incident and any financial loss as a result, you can't reach an agreement, then it may be time to seek an administrative or a judicial resolution.
