Most definitely yes. Most are very family friendly and are great at encouraging critical thinking to help break out.
Our escape rooms are excellent for all ages. Children 6 and under often need parents to help guide them around.
They tend to be pretty hard even for most adults. I'd say (unless there was a specialized age Escape Room) no.
