My sister, bought each of my daughters a pair of Air Birds for Christmas. They love them but would like to exchange for different color and size. They did not come with a receipt and I wonder if it's ok to exchange at you store today in Soho?

Yes they will take them back in 30 day window but for products purchased over the holidays, they extended the return policy to Jan 31. When you purchased, you were asked for an email and that's how they will pull up the receipt. Very friendly about it so you shouldn't have a problem!
