When did the hours change to Costco not opening until 10am??

The Orem warehouse opens early on Tues. and Thurs. at 9 AM for seniors over 60. The Mon, Wed, and Fri are at 10 am

I deliver to most stores in the Northwest. Almost all stores are 10am opening time. But this last year a lot of them where doing different hours because of Covid. Also there's are a few business Costcos that open early. I would just check each store before you go to be sure.
