These guys are the absolute best 💕 my daughter had an abscessed appendix, required emergency surgery Tuesday and we were admitted for 3 days. Every single person we encountered in this hospital was so kind and reassuring to my distressed 4 year old. They made the sad and stressful situation the best it could be. They are definitely where I'll be taking my family from now on in an emergency. Thank you for saving my daughter and treating her with love

They kept messing up my sons refill prescription. Sent to wrong clinic or the order is not there.

They are always so friendly here. They are great with all of my boys and make them feel safe.

We do not currently have a walk-in location. However, we offer same-day appointments for sick kids at all our locations.
We see all kids, from premature newborns up to 21 years old.
Insurance plans are required by law to cover vaccines, but co-op plans like Liberty Share or Medi-Share are not. We also offer vaccines via the Vaccines For Children (VFC) program.
We’d love to meet you and help you select a Pediatrician. Start by visiting our Pediatricians page to find a doctor and an office that seem like a good fit for for your family. Then call that office and arrange a tour with the office manager.
Yes. If you deliver locally, please ask that your baby be seen by a Utah Valley Pediatrics doctor. The doctor will visit your newborn every day you’re in the hospital. We usually visit in the mornings.
We absolutely see newborns. Many Utah Valley Pediatrics doctors also serve in area hospitals and are the first Pediatricians to care for thousands babies born in Utah County every year. The recommended visit schedule according to the American Academy of Pediatrics is at 3-5 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9-10 months and at 12-15 months.
We accept most plans, including CHIP. For a full list, visit our website’s insurance plan page or call our Billing Office to ask about your specific plan.
Yes, we do offer after-hours care. Medical staff is available by phone 24/7, even on holidays and weekends. If you have an after-hours concern, call us first. The call is free and our Pediatric Nurse can guide you to the right care—whether that means being seen, or treating your child at home.
Existing and past patient records can be obtained through our online Patient Portal at any time. If you’re not sure how to access your portal account, call your pediatrician’s office. We will be happy to assist you.
Yes, of course you can call to ask a medical question. We insist. We want you to call whenever you have a question or health care need. Calling us will not cost you anything and we can direct you to the most appropriate venue for the care of your child. While we can’t diagnose or write prescriptions over the phone, we can provide advice on the right care, whether that means treatment at home or being seen by a professional.
All our doctors are Board Certified Pediatricians, which means they specialize in children’s health and have an additional 30 months of training in child health issues beyond a Family Practice physician. Not only are Pediatricians passionate about working with kids, they are specially trained to understand their unique medical and developmental needs.
