It is only open for tours at certain times of the year. Not sure what the admission charges are.
I was outside of the museum for a car festival show so I never went in. However I would Google the museum and they should have information on admission. If not call them
There was a tour that was free for wedding guests. Not sure if there was an admission fee otherwise. It was very interesting and informative.
