Small cozy historical place. You are not allowed to go inside without the tour (which is understandable) and not allowed to take pictures inside (state law, which does not make any sense). Anyway, good short visit If you are in the area.

It is only open for tours at certain times of the year. Not sure what the admission charges are.
It is not hadicapp accessible, especially since you would have to walk up an old staircase that they tell you needs to be renovated. The entrance fee is $7 for adults, $6 for AAA, $5 for seniors, and $4 for children
