@Job Guerra Its 2019, and obviously some people still call or I wouldn't have asked the question because some of the INFO I need isn't ON their website. And emails take over 48 hours to get responded to, and kind of short on time, but thank you for the suggestion
Its 2020 no one calls all the info is on line. If you have a problem with your ticket or ex.... you could email them or go to the office.
Just call and when they give you the option just go to the pay option and it'll take you to a live operator..
