Update for general public: there is one outside now. (August 2021) See photos that I uploaded recently. It is a grey box that is locked and also emptied every hour during business hours. The CAO no longer has one inside the office due to covid protocol.
No, but they do have a drop box inside next to the security guard on the wall.
