There is actually a Shoe Department store in the mall right outside of JCPENNEY'S
The Shoe Department is not part of the Wyoming Valley Mall but is actually located across Mundy Street in the strip mall which also houses Bed Bath and Beyond, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Best Buy, 5 Below. The prices are reasonable and they have a wide variety of styles. R
