Yes open on sunday and the Carmel pie is as good as if looks I haven't ever tried the ribs but a friend who doesn't eat fish says they are awesome!
Was there on a Sunday in mid March and was very busy after church but had only a short wait because of the size of the restaurant.
They are open on Sundays. I would try to get there no later than 11:30 to beat the lunch crowd.
Looks like they are open on Sundays 11 am - 9 pm. Don't know if that will be different because of Father's day?
