I had that same problem. At the end I started calling the Miami offices (I called several times) and finally someone answered me. Anyway check your receipt because there it should have some kind of number that you can use for online tracking as it doesn't need to be signed in the web page. The truth is that customer service via telephone is almost non-existent and the website leaves a lot to be desired. At least in the offices the staff have always treated me very well.
