It depends on what kind of account you mean. You can load PayPal and cashapp accounts. The minimum for PayPal is 20.00 and costs 3.95. Cashapp's minimum is 5.00 and costs about the same.
Well that's a yes and no answer! If you're using a prepaid account they do take cash and put it on almost any prepaid card available out there! However I don't believe you can walk in there and say here put $100 bill on my Wells Fargo

If its a Walmart account, yes. Just go to customer service or the money center.
