Not only did the person behind the counter come and help me with the door but she also gave me a cart to get my heavy package into the Lobby. And then she took it from there I had to do nothing else it was a wonderful experience

Would be nice if they had a way just to pick up (from hub) an already delayed package instead of it sitting here(at hub) all weekend, or at least make an attempt to deliver on a Saturday, since my package was due for delivery on Friday… this happens about 90% of the time…. It’s the little things that can make everyone’s experience better, I know sometimes there’s delays but when it’s almost every time and nothing is attempted to speed up already late deliveries… maybe it’s time to add another workday (Sunday) like the other guys… I’m thinking that it would help catch up a backlog, also I would have given 5 stars but UPS isn’t as good at football as FedEx (throwing things)… also whoever I spoke with on the phone probably at a call center somewhere, well she was very rude, in a hurry to get me off the phone instead of addressing the questions I had, sad very sad…

yes, though you do need to call or stop in and ask them to hold it for pick up.
Your check is probably waiting at the center for you. Go down and ring the bell for the clerk and they can get it for you.

They should have left a 'sorry we missed you' tag on your door. If they didn't, I would try your closest UPS Store.
