I need to make an appointment at the Lake Mary office. How can I do this? It is important

They're only doing phone appointments. The actual office is closed. So you'll have to call Social security and stay on hold forever to talk to somebody to get a phone appointment

One of two ways; if you have a SSA or SSI account, then log in and try to make appt. If not, then call but be prepared for long wait time if you can leave voice message, do so. How ever you choose to contact them, be prepared for a long wait. They are short staffed due to Covid. Good luck!
