How does it work in the mobile home park do u buy the trailers or doublewides or can u rent or rent to own and then pay the lot rent how can I find out more ?

This is not a mobile home park. It is a 55 plus community with mostly modular homes which are purchased. There are apartments that you can rent also. You should call the office for more information.

You buy your trailers or double wide and pay approximately 421 monthly lot rent. Very nice and well kept community.
