Ocean pines is a great place to live, not as good as it used to be but still great. As of a couple of years ago we are under new ownership / management. Many of the covenants that initially appealed to us when we moved here are no longer being enforced. As it happens, I live next to a commercial handyman business who does a lot of work with saws, router, sander, etc, under his carport, about 35 ft away from my sunroom and media room. I have talked with the neighbor and complained to community Management many times. Manager Chuck's response to me today was, "he's not doing anything illegal." Certainly not illegal but also not right. Apparently now it is okay to run a commercial woodworking business in your carport without breaking any neighborhood covenants. Otherwise, great place to live.

The community does not allow rentals
Yes. At least one member of the household must be 55 or older. No one under 40 years old.
This is not a mobile home park. It is a 55 plus community with mostly modular homes which are purchased. There are apartments that you can rent also. You should call the office for more information.
