Is there a 5 or 7 day fishing pass? Is there a parking fee if just walking on the pier?

Parking was $5 all day pass. Just to walk on pier it was $3 and fishing I believe was $17 with out rental rods or bait. All passes all day

Not sure about fishing pass. As for parking there is no fee.
