It seems that the coin shortage is back @ the Discretion of the Cashier . It seems to happen on Particular Shifts , you purchase some items & the total is (23.49) So obviously you give them 24.00 and they keep the 0.51 cents. Today's Total .. Now imagine you get 1000 customers and 50% pay cash. So 500 Customers on the average lose 0.30 cents each. That alot of coinage 150.00 $ That will be over there till... And in the pocket of the sign artist. If the store can't provide the change because of human laziness, the store should cover the change . There also needs to be Corporate Announcement not some napkin with sharpie Marker Reading No Change

That is still no excuse to deny a customer and a paying customer the use of a restroom that is in a convenience station! It'd be one thing if I look like a drug user not a middle-aged mom! Not to mention it's illegal in all 50 states do not have public access to the restroom I'm sure she used it today between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.!
