I don't know of any Food Lion that delivers.
You can get groceries delivered by using services like instacart.com ... please let me know if it works out for you.
Their website will let you know if they deliver to your area or offer pick-up service. It appears to be a rollout, doing a few at a time.
I was just visiting the area but I did look for this option due to the weather, I also asked at the service desk. I was told no, they don't offer delivery service at all.
