Can you just walk in or do you need an appointment?

100% need an appointment. She isn't there most of the time. If she orders a med that needs a vets approval get it in writing. She doesn't place orders often. She must have fun watching ppl struggle to get medication for their pets. Of course it's not her fault the driver just didn't deliver what she doesn't order.
