How many dogs in a house are too many? Our neighbor has 9 and wants to bring in 2 more pitbulls that belong to her friends. There are 8 adults and the dogs are never taken out throughout the day except for 2 that are chained if they do something bad

6-7 Adult Dogs, unless you live Rural. Unless they are a Problem, Vicious, Roaming, ect. I would have Animal Control do a Check on them. They may or may not come. Can't hurt to try.

What I would do is call them! They may not see this! But it depends on where you live. Some towns have a limit of how many animals can be in a residence and some don't
