Yes Cisco no problem. Picnic area IS first come 1st serve but you can reserve them its not much $ but screw it. Come little early..Claim your spot. the building across the greeway trail by the tennis court area, you have to reserve. Its like if you have a gathering, like a wedding shower or whatever.. hope that helps.
