Hello Mr. Foulkes, True that there are some items out of stock and some orders taking longer than usual but we also have $5 million worth of inventory in our warehouse so it really depends what items you end up liking when you visit. we continually have furniture on order so there is new stock coming in every day. I don't work for Carol House but my wife and I tried getting a sectional from them and there was a lead time of at least 3-6 months. We got a media center with built in fireplace and that was only 1-2 months at the time. This was back in March so I'm pretty sure it will be worse now. As for the sectionals, there were two main sets available and as of earlier this month you could no longer customize either one. I was told that both manufacturers were over 1 year out on orders so they stopped accepting customizations. My wife and I still "like nice things" so we'll be back but not until this global supply chain mess is sorted out. HTH
