We recently received a 2020 Medicare Update in the mail listing a number of additional benefits for which we may qualify.
The address was correct, as was the last name, but the first name was incorrect. Is this a scam a mistake? How can I find out?

Most likely a scam! I get them all the time. I would go to the office and stand in line. Ask them if it's legit. It going to be a whole day process but it's worth it.
