What is the dress code

No baggy jeans or white tee

I used to come to the Big Apple back in 00-02 time frame during the clubbing time...Has much changed since then with this place?

Not so much during the day

There is a dress code, but it depends on what time you are going, and what room you are in. If you are in the dining room, they don't really mind, but if you are going in the bar, they do not allow flip flops, sweat pants, etc. Pretty much have to dress nice.
