It would depend what service is on the package you are getting delivered and the area you are located. For example a First Overnight package would have to be delivered before say 9am. Now an express saver package would have until the end of business day. If you look up your tracking you might be able to see the service used and you could Google that and find out the time parameters. Then it just matters where you fall on the couriers route. They try and set up their deliveries as efficient as possible.
If you're picking up on-site there, you can generally expect your package to be available by 9am, however if you're asking how late the trucks are out, I think it's something lime 8am-8pm but don't quote me
