If I could give them no stars I would. They took a mower in on trade because it wasn’t running correctly and said they fixed it. I drove 4 hours and paid $4,000 for the mower in cash and made the deal very easy. I took the mower home and it started making engine noise within the first 3 hours of using. I took it to my exmark dealership here in my home town and was told it was in the beginning stages of a cracked head. The mower was listed on their website as having 163 hours. I noticed when I got home that the mower had 181 hours on it. I called JT back within three days of buying the mower and he told me there is nothing they could do, it’s just part of buying a used mower. My honest opinion is they sold the mower to someone else and that person brought it back because of the same issue and they just put it back out on the floor to sell it to someone else. I would never recommend anyone buy anything from these people because they don’t care about you they only care if you give them money for there junk.
