Personally I am not fond of ALDI fruits, some fresh vegetables ( has gnats) like onions pre-baged, some potatoes have lots of bad spots &/or bad potatoes in the bag. Other fresh produce is ok. But if you like sweet dark seedless grapes, I only found sour ones here. I don't like the sour ones. I don't know where the produce comes from, but at this time of year most fruits & lots of vegetables are imported from around the globe. Why does it matter? If you want something that can't possibly grow here in the USA at this time of the year it has to be imported. We don't have year round fruit & all vegetable growth in the USA.
Africa.
I have been shopping at Aldi's for b years and I have no concerns about the produce. My experience is I don't get home and find my produce is bad. This happens a lot of the time with other stoes. I trust Aldi's!!!!
I'm sorry, don't know exactly where it comes from , but what i do know is there produce supersedes all groceries stores I've been to in the area. In fact look at the ingredients in there line of products, quality quality quality. German owned company. The owners brother owns TraderJoes. Also a great line of products
