We don't understand the question . Compensated if you make a donation? Compensated how? A receipt? The "compensation" donors receive is the knowledge that they helped someone. In some cases you can use the donation as a deduction when it's tax time. Otherwise we don't fully understand the question. Give example. Thank you.
As in they assist anyone that finds themselves in a situation like, a house fire. A safe place to stay, food clothes ECT.
