Do you think it's ok for a middle aged woman to act and talk anyway she wants to a bunch of kids because she feels like it? I understand this is a starter job for most kids but they don't deserve to be mistreated by a middle aged woman who is salty.

Customers shuold show servers the same respct they expect for themselves. The job is hard enough without having to deal with problem customers.
