Haven't been to this location in about 5 years because it is so poorly run. Now here I am sitting in drive through#2 because you still haven't figured out how to run a McDonald's. My question is how do you stay in business. Just brand loyalty?

I too have had an issue with this McDonald's. I complained to management and they did try to rectify. I just stop going to that location

The people are very friendly and nice, and I have seen an improvement in the management (I stop here for the kids about 1 time a month). Fewer mistakes, quicker service. I think this location has some inherent disadvantages because of size and layout which make me skip it during busy times. For sure they need to continue to improve, but at least they are trying.

In fairness they did try to rectify giving me a free ice cream but waiting more than 25 minutes for my drive through order is not good. Same as you I will drive past this store and go to another.
